About the programme
The ManyTek × GCTU Cybersecurity & AI Operations Workforce Accelerator — Cohort 01 is a 12-week applied workforce-development programme designed to strengthen practical capability in cybersecurity operations and responsible AI-assisted investigation.
Participants progress through guided instruction, practical labs, evidence-based investigations, professional reporting and collaborative exercises. The programme emphasizes demonstrated operational capability—not passive content completion.
Capabilities participants develop
Participants will develop and demonstrate skills in:
- cybersecurity operations and alert investigation;
- evidence collection, validation and incident documentation;
- responsible use of AI in cybersecurity workflows;
- detection, triage, escalation and professional reporting;
- practical laboratory work and team-based exercises;
- communicating and defending evidence-based conclusions.
Cohort delivery
Ghana cohort delivered in collaboration with Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU). Cohort delivery details, schedule, and participant access instructions are provided directly to confirmed Cohort 01 participants.
