From 90-minute QuickStarts to a 12-week workforce accelerator, every ManyTek Academy offering is built around practical, evidence-based work in cybersecurity operations, AI security, fraud investigation and governance.

How a practitioner course works

Each step produces work a learner can revisit and explain.

Pathways

Three related practitioner courses in an organized sequence, with 180 days of access. Each component course issues its own Certificate of Completion; completing a pathway creates a pathway completion record, not an independent professional certification.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME

Cybersecurity & AI Operations Workforce Accelerator

A 12-week applied workforce-development programme designed to strengthen practical capability in cybersecurity operations and responsible AI-assisted investigation.

Participants progress through guided instruction, practical labs, evidence-based investigations, professional reporting and collaborative exercises. The programme emphasizes demonstrated operational capability—not passive content completion. It is separate from the self-paced practitioner courses: its delivery, schedule and learner support are set for each cohort.

MAYA ACADEMY LABS

Maya Academy Labs

Maya Academy Labs are the isolated investigation workspaces that come with specific courses. A lab is not a course and is not sold on its own: it is included with the course, pathway or programme that names it, and opens when that course launches.

One gateway, separate workspaces

Each investigation workspace keeps its own tools, missions, datasets, rubrics and Maya coaching policies, behind one gateway for authorized launch, short-lived sessions, learner isolation and evidence portfolios.

Maya Cyber
SOC operations, AI-assisted triage, KQL, detection engineering, threat hunting and digital forensics.
Maya AppSec
Application-security and AI-system-security investigations.
Maya FinCrime
Mobile-money fraud and financial-crime investigations.

12 practitioner courses include a Maya Academy Lab investigation at course launch.

Training-safe by design

  • Academy Labs stay completely separate from ManyTek’s operational Maya Intelligence OS.
  • Only synthetic or academically authorized training evidence is used.
  • No Microsoft 365 operational connection, customer telemetry, ManyTek operational telemetry or production actions.
  • Access is course-scoped and controlled by the learner’s enrollment.
  • The course launches the learner’s assigned investigation directly.
  • Maya guides learning; it does not reveal protected answers or make final graded decisions.
