ManyTek Academy programmes are non-degree, workforce-focused training programmes. Completion of a programme does not constitute a degree.
We serve students, career changers, veterans, underserved communities, universities, and workforce organizations. No prior experience is required.
On eligible pathways, learners earn a VALOR™ score based on live SOC performance — not just attendance. Employers see verified operational readiness.
Employment is not guaranteed. Eligible graduates receive coaching, résumé and LinkedIn support, mock interviews, and the Career Success Program™.
