I spent years in the United States Navy understanding what it means to operate with precision under pressure — and what it means to be accountable for the people alongside you. That experience shaped everything about how I think about workforce development.
Too many capable individuals are excluded from technology careers not because they lack ability, but because they lack access — to mentorship, to practical experience, to employer visibility, to a system that recognises what they can actually do. We built ManyTek Academy to change that.
